The Operations Lieutenant is responsible for the delivery of services regarding communications, technology and information. Together with highly - motivated employees, we accomplish these tasks.
Daily, personnel are working at the betterment of the agency by providing up-to-date technology for agency members to use in the performance of their duties. Virtually every unit and division depends on some form of technology and many of them multiple technologies. All requests for technology assistance come through this office. End user support is the primary duty of Information Technology. Multiple requests are received each day for various reasons. The bulk of the time that IT personnel spend working each day is devoted to the following:

Assisting end-users with requests for service
Providing support on the county-wide 800 mhz. radio system
Researching and evaluating technology
Members of this Unit strive to implement time-saving technology while maintaining the standards for law enforcement technology.
